Fantasy Sports Awards

Now that you know the basics about fantasy sports (see our previous blog entry) we can talk about fantasy sports awards.

Individual awards are usually given for (and kept) by the Champion or Loser. Perpetual trophies are awards that are passed around each year to the new Champion or Loser. Individual plates are attached to the perpetual trophy that recognizes the current and past winners of the award.

Each league does their own thing to recognize their League Champion and League Losers. Champions are easier to define – the overall winner, High Score, or a combination of factors. Similarly, Losers can be team owners who score the lowest overall points for the season or lose the most match-ups.

Blue Ribbon Awards has a great selection of Loser Awards including Toilet Bowls, a skunk, crying babies, custom medals or more that you can use as an individual award or attach to a base to create a perpetual award. Each award can be personalized with your league name, team/owner name, date, etc.
