Due to the fact that all of our items are personalized in one fashion or another, we do not accept returns on any items except for these exceptions:

1. There was a mistake on our part with the personalization or engraving. Please check all proofs carefully for errors before approving the proof.

2. The item has a flaw or was damaged during the shipping of the item.

Shipping cost is based on the items that you have in your shopping cart, how fast you need your order, and where you are shipping the order to. We offer FREE Ground Shipping on ALL orders over $250. If your order is not over $250 or you need your order expedited you will be able to calculate your shipping costs when checking out.

Yes. Pickup is available to customers located near our store in Plano, TX during regular business hours. You will see Store Pickup as a shipping option once you confirm your address and select your need-by date.

If products are damaged in-transit or we made a mistake, let us know within 48 hours of receipt of your order and we will send out a FREE replacement or credit your account, whichever you prefer. With damaged items, we may have you take pictures of the shipping box as well as the damaged items.

The best way to place your order is directly through the website. Almost every single item we sell is personalized and placing your order through the website will ensure that we have the most accurate spelling and formatting for your order.  The website will store all artwork and file uploads associated with your order. Please note: Non-website orders are subject to delays.  Due to the customized nature of almost all of our items, we strongly recommend against calling-in to place your order over the phone. 

When selecting your item, you will be asked if you want to upload a file containing your personalization or if you want to enter it directly to the website. Our qualified designers are skilled at formatting the best possible layout on our products. Once you receive the email proof, please respond with any changes or approval. Please check each proof carefully. 

Yes, but contact us as soon as possible! Keep in mind we are FAST. If you have not approved the artwork, you order will not be in production. You can reply directly to your order confirmation or order proof. If you have already approved the order, please respond to the email proof. If your order has already been personalized, a new order may need to be placed.

You will receive an e-mail confirming your order within a few minutes of placing your order.  This e-mail will be sent to the e-mail associated with your account or the e-mail address supplied at check out. Please be sure to use a valid e-mail address at checkout.  Occasionally, our e-mails are filtered to your junk folder so be sure to check there if you have not received it within a few minutes.

No worries. You should have received an order confirmation e-mail as soon as you place the order. Please reply to that e-mail with the corrections that need to be made AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. If the order has not been produced or shipped, we will be able to make those changes for you. If we have already produced the order, a NEW order will be required.

Yes. We will email digital proofs for all orders before production unless the customer notifies us otherwise. YOUR ORDER WILL BE PUT ON HOLD PENDING YOUR ARTWORK APPROVAL. Please keep a close eye out for an email from Blue Ribbon because sometimes our emails get sent to a junk folder. Please contact us if you have not received a digital proof within 36 hours of your order (excluding weekends and holidays).

While we do offer free digital proofs on all orders and we do offer full refunds for cancelled orders before they go into production, we will remove $20 from your refund for the cost of producing a digital proof on a cancelled order. IE: If your order cost $220, then you will receive $200 back on your refund. We may also charge a restocking fee.

Due to different shading and lighting of the thousands of computer monitors out there today, it is hard to say that your award will look exactly as you see it online. Another factor is the difference in wood shading. All wood types such as walnut, oak and rosewood have lighter and darker hues to them. Rosewood is the extreme example of this as it can range from a darker maroon color to a distinct red color. Glass and Crystal items are usually hand blown so slight variations in color or size are normal. Marble is a natural product and may contain veins of color.

Our standard working time is 3-5 business days for most products. For orders placed by 12:00pm Central Standard Time, you should receive your email proof in 24-36 hours. Once you approve the artwork, you order will be sent to production which will take 1-3 business days. Please remember to factor in weekends and major holidays into your shipping time. If your need by date is shorter than our standard working time, please contact us via e-mail to make sure that we are able to complete and ship your order within the time frame.

For most awards products, our standard production time is 3-5 business days plus time in transit to you, about 1-4 business days with Standard shipping.

During checkout, the website will ask you when you need your order by. Once you enter in your date, you will be able to choose from the best available shipping options to guarantee delivery by this date.

No. We do not charge for adding your logo to your awards.

For the best logo quality and order experience, we recommend vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, CDR) or high-resolution image files (300-600 DPI or higher JPEG, PNG) that are clear and free of any pixilation. Logos for laser engraving on metal, crystal, acrylic or glass awards need to be in black and white (no color logos, grays or shading) for best results. 

Note – Website logos are usually very low resolution (96 DPI) so that they load quickly. 

If you only have a low resolution (less than 150 dpi) artwork file, we encourage you to attach it to your order anyways. We may be able to work with it for no additional cost. Pictures from the internet are very low resolution. If the logo is too poor of an image to work with, we will contact you about your options at that point.

We offer free, unlimited personalization on ALL Trophies, Plaques, Cups, Glass, Crystal, Acrylic, Trophies, Plaques, Cups, and Gifts. For medals, each medal is an additional $.99-$1.49 each for unlimited personalization on a thin plastic engraving plate. 

You will receive a proof via email for all items that have personalization. 

Yes! The cost of Individual personalization is included in the price of the awards.

Engraving is unlimited and we do not charge per character.  Keep in mind, the more text and information that is added, the smaller it will appear on the plate or item.

Yes. The website may not accept all characters. Please enter your special characters as a .xslx, .pdf, .doc, or .docx file and let us know in the product comments box that there are special characters. You will be able to review a digital proof to make sure the engraving will read the way you want it to. For languages other than English, you are responsible for the accuracy of the spelling and characters that are provided to us.

We have 1000’s of fonts, so chances are that if you need a specific font on your award, we have it in house. Just let us know the font or font type when you include your engraving. If you are using a specific font that we do not have, we may ask you to send us the font file or to purchase the font for us to use.

If you’ve look through our website and still don’t see the exact item that you’re looking for, feel free to send us an email anytime with your special requests. We have hundreds of items available from our vendors that we don’t have listed on our website. Chances are, even if you don’t see it on our website, we probably will have access to it or something very similar.

Our quantity pricing is lsited on the website. If you need larger quantities, please contact us and a we will be happy to help you out.

Yes. You are able to order additional personalized plates for your perpetual trophy or plaque by clicking here If you don’t see one that matches your plate, email us with the details and we will be happy to find it for you. 

Yes. The overall height of the award includes the height of the figures. In the instance multiple figures are available, due to their varying heights, the overall height of the award will be approximated to best reflect the average height of the award based on available options. All figures have a height in the description. 

Crystal will be the heaviest award material, followed by glass, and then by acrylic. 

Yes. All medals come with a FREE standard neck ribbon (no additional cost).  Premium ribbons are available for a small additional cost. Our neck ribbons are 7/8″ to 1.5″ wide (width is in the description). 

Standard UPS Ground shipping is FREE on orders over $250.

Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. This tracking e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided during the checkout process.

At this time, we ship to the lower 48 states in the United States of America. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or out of the USA.

We ship all of our orders via UPS Ground. Below is a map from UPS.com that shows how many days it will take to receive your order once it has been completed and shipped out. 

We use UPS at this time. If you want us to use FEDEX and have it billed to your account, we can do that as well. Smaller items may also be mailed by USPS.

Please be sure to double check that the address provided is correct. If a change of address is required once the order has shipped, there will be a $15 change of address fee. Delivery will be delayed due to rerouting.
