We strive to make the ordering process of custom awards simple and transparent. If you receive a product that is damaged, flawed or materially different than described or shown on the site, we will replace the product or provide you with a refund.
Returns
Due to the fact that all of our items are personalized in one fashion or another, we do not accept returns on any items except for these exceptions:
- There was a mistake on our part with the personalization or engraving.
- The item has a flaw or was damaged during the shipping of the item.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will be happy to work with you. All returns require prior authorization in order to receive a replacement or refund.
Damages and issues
If your products arrive damaged or broken, we will send out a FREE replacement for the damaged item or an item of equal value. Or if you prefer, refund you for the damaged products. Just contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will be happy to work with you.
