What A Difference! I recently attempted to have a name tag made at another place in Plano that shall remain unnamed. Then I found Blue Ribbon Trophies, The experience was like going from night to day. Sometimes you just know things are meant to be. Dropped in a couple of days before Christmas, was greeted by a verynice and friendly person who actually acted like she was happy to see me! Can you imagine?!? A smiling face!! Assured me they could make a single name tag to my specifications. By the time I got home later in the day, she had sent me 3 choices of font, etc. I chose one and just a couple of days later was notified my order was ready for pick up. Low cost, nice staff, quick turn-a-round, great job! And as an added bonus, the owner gave me a couple of hints on starting my own business. So happy to recommend them.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. The people are super friendly and helpful. I had no idea what I wanted/needed and they were great about showing me options and making recommendations. They were also helpful of working within my budget. The trophies and medals arrived quickly and were absolutely perfect. Will use them again and again!

After being asked to “hurry up and make up my mind” at another trophy store about a mile away, I drove to Blue Ribbon Trophies and the staff here could not have been nicer. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, and the gentleman helping me choose was extremely patient and helpful. The turn around time was very quick, and they sent me two email proofs to get the wording just right. And their prices were way better than the other trophy shop a mile away. I highly recommend this business.

• Happy New Year shoppers!! Where do I begin??? I received the BEST SERVICE EVER since relocating to Tx for work! Ms. Maria and her team is a Godsend!!!!! I placed an order with a reputable company for several personalized charcuterie boards for my team. The company service was so horrible I received my full refund a week before our holiday dinner (where the exchanging of gifts is scheduled). So I found some replacements on Amazon, but unfortunately the personalization would not grantee deliver in less than a week ( which is all the time I had considering my holiday travel). Not familiar with Tx, I googled “wood engraving” and Blue Ribbon appeared. I immediately called on a Friday (end of bus week). I explained to Ms. MARIA my dilemma and she said, you know what, how soon can you get here…I could have cried! I said I can be there within the hour. She said I will see you when you get here and we will take care of you. I get there and she was as angelic as her voice. Very welcoming and friendly. I showed her my items and she said let me know what you want and we will have it by Tuesday. Of course I was pretty nervous as I fly out on Wednesday and Sue said they were closed on Weekends, WHAT!!!!! We were pushing it but when I tell you Saturday I received proof of font, Sunday final product view and MONDAY, my items were ready for PICKUP!!! Outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Oh and the finished PRODUCT WAS AWESOME AND EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED!!!! She handled it with white glove and they look beautiful!! Ms. Maria and team and I cannot THANK YOU ENOUGH for YOUR SERVICE. I cannot wait to see the look on my teams face when they see the amazing work.

  THE quality of WORK is immaculate! The customer SERVICE is outstanding! The cost is REASONABLE AND WELL WOTTH IT! I would recommend Blue Ribbon Awards hands down!

The customer service experience with Zane D, was top notch. I was there doing a same-day rush order and had a ton of customizations, and even changed my mind two or three times, but Zane showed great patience and grace with me. I really appreciated that, and I’m confident posting this review before I have even picked up the trophies because of how well I was treated by Zane. I’ll be back for future orders for sure because of that interaction.
